My experience working for Phone Stars has been nothing but amazing! I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but only because it was a completely different platform than I was used to working. I found very quickly that not only could I make excellent money (much more than I had been making on the other 2 platforms I had experienced previously) but also.. the Phone Stars staff have gone out of their way to assist me with everything I needed. I have been with Phone Stars for over a year and it has been great! I use it a as a second income and it has more than met my expectations! As a single mom with no family support I've known the fear of unexpected expenses coming up that could force me to choose between paying my rent or putting food on the table. Working for AOS gives me not only job security but the knowledge that if I need extra money I can work extra hours and I don't have to ask anyone's permission or worry about not getting paid for it. Working for AOS means having the freedom of being in control of your own hours as your own boss while giving you the security of having your employer give you work to do. Since I have been working for AOS I have had more time to spend with my kids by working when they are gone, asleep or busy doing other things and have more money to do things I could not afford to do with them when I worked a regular 40 hour job with hours set by someone else.

Where else can you get paid as much as $30+ an hour, plus have the opportunity to earn bonuses on top of EVERY paycheck EVERY week and get paid EVERY Friday? Where else can you work and earn points for every minute you work that you can redeem for gift cards, including visa gift cards, and or any other merchandise you can imagine? I'm Victoria and I have been an agent for Phonestars since February of this year and also worked for them approximately 2 years prior. What can I say other than this is the best company to work for bar none. When I worked for Phonestars approximately 2 years ago, I thought it was pretty great then and upon returning it has continued to impress me with their professionalism and willingness to help on a daily basis. I have over 15 years experience working for two of the major telecommunications companies based in the U.S and I have to say that Phonestars with its excellent organizational skills and professionalism rivals them both.
This company has been a godsend to me because it has given me the freedom and flexibility to earn a living while taking care of my disabled parent. The staff is very supportive and always kind and courteous whenever I call with questions or concerns. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the company and create a better work experience for the agents, in other words "Phonestars Rocks!"
